Fishing Check In Adjustment

Because of weather we are allowing boats to come in earlier than the check in window (12pm - 8pm) Still need to "End Your Trip" on the App when you are inside or within one mile of Falmouth harbor.

Charity Cup

There are 2 charity cup divisions this year and they are on the bottom right of the calcutta sheet. We have recently added Josh's Boots to the list (helps war veterans suffering from PTSD). The others are The Fishing Academy and The Billfish Foundation.

Hey everyone. We have 4 important tournament updates. They will be texted individually.

OAKBBC Hey everyone! We're only a few weeks away! I would like to make a few announcements as there are some changes happening at this year's event. For clarification purposes : The SFC (sportfishing championship) is not part of the 2026 Cape Cod Bluewater Classic. The SFC takes place Friday through Sunday, July 17 - 19. If you are an SFC boat and would like to fish the CCBC, feel free to reach out to me at 508-221-5136. I do not have any of you fishing as of yet. We have listened to people's ideas and concerns and have made some rule modifications. 1. We added 6th day of fishing and are now allowing teams to pick ANY 42 hour window of time. 2. Because this is a multi species event we have limited white marlin releases to 15. No limits on blues. Last years bite was an anomaly and the 1st year any team caught more than 7 whites. Could it happen again, possible, but highly unlikely! 3. We have extended the catch limits for bigeye, yellowfin, and albacore tuna. (now 3 permitted each species) 4. We are working with the University Of Maine Pelagic Fisheries Lab and The Billfish Foundation on a blue marlin weigh in (115" min). 5. We have added more tuna calcuttas including a Yellowfin Tuna Stringer division. (3 biggest yellows combined) We are striving to make this tournament as fun and stress free as humanly possible! If anyone has any questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out any time. Best regards, Damon Sacco

OAKBBC Hey everyone! We're only a few weeks away from the 2026 CCBC! I would like to make a few announcements as there are some changes happening at this year's event. For clarification purposes : The SFC (sportfishing championship) is not part of the 2026 Cape Cod Bluewater Classic. The SFC will be running their event after the CCBC, Friday through Sunday, July 17 - 19. The events are no longer aligned despite a clerical error on their website that states they are. If you are an SFC boat and would like to fish the CCBC, feel free to reach out to me at 508-221-5136. I do not have any of you fishing as of yet. We have listened to people's ideas and concerns and have made some rule modifications. 1. We added a 6th day of fishing and are now allowing teams to pick any 42 hour window of fishing time within the 6 days of fishing. 2. Because this is a multi species event we have limited white marlin releases to 15 for the tournament. There are no limits on blue releases. Last years white marlin bonanza was an anomaly. It was the 1st year any team caught more than 7 whites. Could another white fest happen again, possible, but highly unlikely! Regardless we want to encourage boats to target multiple species. 3. We have extended the catch limits for bigeye, yellowfin, and albacore tuna. (now 3 permitted each species) 4. We are working with the University Of Maine Pelagic Fisheries Lab and The Billfish Foundation on a giant blue marlin weigh in option for any fish measuring 115 inches or greater. The fish would be studied by scientists. It's not in stone, but we're working on it. 5. We have added more tun a calcuttas including a Yellowfin Tuna Stringer division. (3 biggest yellows combined) We are striving to make this tournament as fun and stress free as humanly possible! If anyone has any questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out any time. Best regards, Damon Sacco
