We use this data to provide features of our Service (such as tournament check-ins, GPS-based scoring, and boundary enforcement), to improve and customize our Service. Our mobile applications may send push notifications related to tournament updates, scores, announcements, and other Service features. We collect device tokens necessary to deliver these notifications. You can enable or disable push notifications at any time through your device settings.

We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or SMS opt-in data with third parties for their marketing purposes. Phone numbers collected for SMS are used solely for delivering messages through our Service on behalf of you or your Tournament Organizer.

When you register for a tournament, your registration data (name, contact information, and any information you provide on the registration form) is shared with the Tournament Organizer for that specific tournament. Tournament Organizers are responsible for their own use of your data in accordance with their own privacy practices. Tournament features may display participant names, boat or team names, scores, results, and submitted photos or videos on public tournament pages and leaderboards. Public content may be viewed, copied, or indexed by others. Contact the Tournament Organizer or us if you have a concern about information displayed about you or your child.
Public visibility does not grant permission to use participant information, tournament records, or user-submitted content to train artificial intelligence models. The limited permission for use of our company marketing content is described in our Terms of Service.

Separate tournament registrations, submitted content, transaction records, and copies held by Tournament Organizers may require additional review. To request deletion of those records, contact us and identify the relevant tournament. These records remain subject to the deletion commitments and exceptions above; closing an account does not by itself erase every record associated with a tournament.
